– You may return the product if you are not satisfied with it or if you have ordered it in error within 14 days of receipt of your package.<\/p>\n

– Fill out and print the Return Delivery Note<\/a> and send it to us in the package along with the product(s) you are returning (this requirement is essential).
\n– Upon receipt of the return, the products will be inspected*. Please note that unwanted products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging (retaining the cellophane and\/or warranty seal if present). You must ensure that the product is properly packaged to avoid damage in transit during the course of the return. If after inspection it is determined that the goods are damaged, Cosmonatura, S.L<\/strong><\/span>. will not be able to process your refund and we will contact you via email to inform you of the situation.
\n– If after inspecting the products it is determined that they are in optimal conditions and the return is accepted, you will be sent an email confirming the return and we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount by bank transfer directly to your account (in this case, you will be asked to provide us with your IBAN number and the account holder). The refund will be made within 5 working days of the account being reported to us.
\n– In any case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs when you have changed your mind about the purchased product, either because you are not satisfied with it or you have requested it by mistake.
\n– Please note that, even if you return the order, the shipping costs in the case of withdrawal are not refundable and only the value of the product will be refunded minus the shipping costs that you would have paid at the time, if these were charged during the process of purchasing the product.<\/p>\n

– If the product has arrived with a defect or in poor condition, you have the right to return the product within 14 calendar days from the day following the receipt of the product.<\/p>\n

– Fill out and print the Return Delivery Note<\/a> and send it to us in the package together with the product(s) you are returning (this requirement is essential). It is important that you indicate in the reason for return: DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.<\/p>\n

– The amounts paid for those products that are returned because of a defect or defect, when it really exists, will be refunded in full including the shipping costs that were charged to deliver the item, provided that it is a complete return of the order and you had to pay them in the purchase process; if it were a partial return, the proportional part of the shipping costs for the item paid in the same conditions as those discussed for the case of complete return would be paid.<\/p>\n
